The Southern Saratoga YMCA Barracuda swim team is a year round team comprised of approximately 120 swimmers from Halfmoon and Clifton Park who range in age from 6-18 along with a talented and dedicated coaching staff and a strong parent association. We are a non-profit organization committed to teaching children to swim competitively while encouraging self-confidence, perseverance, hard work and good sportsmanship. We hope that you can help support our athletes in the upcoming season by becoming a sponsor. This year the Barracudas have
had a very successful season. Our team placed second in the 2009
North Country League Championship Swim Meet. Additionally, 38
of our 93 swimmers qualified to participate in the New York State YMCA
Championships.
From 1994-2004 the Barracudas
